  The pastor here influences his church members to be unkind to gays, believe that those with disorders like anxiety and depression are at fault for their own illnesses, and treat women as second class citizens. He also judges those who aren't baptist in front of the entire church- mocking their dress, life desicions, and beliefs as though he is perfect. If he believes in god so strongly, he needs to leave judgement up to him.

  This church offers a bus service for those, that do not have a car. It is a fundamental church, and that means the preaching is right out the King James Version of the Bible. Great Sunday school teachers and a wonderful youth program.

  My first experience was a pleasure. The people were kind and the programs were great.
  
  Jude 21-23, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
  
  I thank the YBBC for their great teen and children's program, the addiction program, and for running the buses for children. You're making a difference. God Bless!!!!!

  Lynn Brown — 5 star Yakima Bible Baptist Church is a wonderful place to visit and eventually call home. Pastor David Brown has a wonderful way of teaching the Bible and has been dedicated to the ministry for many years. The lessons I learned at YBBC as a youth have stuck with me my entire life, as they were taught to me with patience, sincerity and love. My faith began in this church and has continued throughout my life. I was so blessed to have been raised around Dr. Dennis J. Brown and Pastor David Brown my Grandfather and Uncle. Although they are my relatives, this has no bearing on my recommendation for this Church. I have attended many churches over the years and I always hearken back to the messages and teachings I received while at YBBC. Pastor Brown has a really great way of explaining and relating God's message. Try a visit, you won't regret your efforts. If I lived closer I would definitely still be attending here. Blessings to all.....
